USPS domestic deliveries affected by COVID-19
On Friday, USPS announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on transportation availability, some services will experience delays beginning April 17, 2020. Below is what you need to know.
USPS Priority Mail Express: This service will not experience any delays at this time.
USPS Priority Mail: Local 1-day delivery will not experience delays. However, the 2-3 day delivery window will be extended to 3-4 days.
USPS First-Class Package Service: 2-3 day delivery windows will be extended to 3-4 day delivery windows.
USPS will still do its best to deliver packages as quickly as possible. We will continue to update our COVID-19 updates page as more information becomes available for all of our domestic and international shipping partners. For the most up-to-date information around USPS service changes, please refer to their website directly.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Orders ship only on the following days; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday (excluding US federal holidays). Big Cat Rescue does not ship on Sunday.
Order processing may take 7-10 business days in addition to the shipping time.
Orders with gift wrap options may require an additional business day for processing

Big Cat Rescue is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
Big Cat Rescue cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Big Cat Rescue is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info provided by the customer.
SHIPPING SERVICES
USPS First-Class Mail Parcel: Service for single-piece envelopes and small packages weighing up to 13 oz. with delivery in 3 business days or less.
USPS 1-3 Day Priority Mail: Domestic service in 1, 2, or 3 business days based on where your package starts and where it’s being sent.
USPS Standard Post: Available at retail only, ground service for packages weighing less than 70 lbs. with delivery in 2-8 days.
UPS Ground: 1-5 Day delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico,
UPS Second Day Air: Delivery by the end of the 2nd business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.
UPS Three-Day Select: Delivery by the 3rd business day to the 48 contiguous states.
UPS Worldwide Saver: Delivery by end of next business day delivery to Canada and Mexico, 2 business days to Europe and Latin America, and 2-3 business days to Asia. Service to more than 220 countries and territories.
UPS Worldwide Expedited: Delivery in 2 business days to Canada, 2-3 business days to Mexico, 3-4 days to Europe, and 4-5 to Asia and Latin America. Service to more than 220 countries and territories.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
