IMPORTANT INFO: In order to offer a wider selection of tee & other merchandise designs, this item is produced by another vendor and shipped directly from their facility. Because this product is custom, made to order, we cannot exchange or offer refunds for this product. This item is exclusively offered online and is not available in our on-site gift shop. This item is custom made to order and may take 7-10 business days to produce in addition to shipping time. This item is not shipped directly from Big Cat Rescue and will arrive separately from the rest of your order.

USPS domestic deliveries affected by COVID-19
On Friday, USPS announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on transportation availability, some services will experience delays beginning April 17, 2020. Below is what you need to know.

USPS Priority Mail Express: This service will not experience any delays at this time.
USPS Priority Mail: Local 1-day delivery will not experience delays. However, the 2-3 day delivery window will be extended to 3-4 days.
USPS First-Class Package Service: 2-3 day delivery windows will be extended to 3-4 day delivery windows.
USPS will still do its best to deliver packages as quickly as possible. We will continue to update our COVID-19 updates page as more information becomes available for all of our domestic and international shipping partners. For the most up-to-date information around USPS service changes, please refer to their website directly.

RETURNS

We do not offer refunds for returned items. We do however offer exchanges for apparel purchased in the wrong size or items that arrived damaged. Our policy lasts 14 business days. If 14 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

EXCHANGES

We only exchange apparel if it was purchased in the wrong size or if the item arrives defective or damaged.

To be eligible for an exchange of apparel, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the tags in tact. The wrong sized apparel must me shipped to Big Cat Rescue at your own expense.  If exchanging a defective or damaged item Big Cat Rescue will cover the cost of shipping the item.

If you purchase apparel in the wrong size or receive an item that is defective or damaged please use the form at right to submit your request for exchange.  Your item can be mailed to Big Cat Rescue 12802 Easy Street, Tampa, FL 33625.

FAQS

Can I visit Big Cat Rescue?  Yes, Big Cat Rescue offers guided tours of the sanctuary.  Tickets for these tours help fund the care of the big cats.  To get more information check out our website at: https://bigcatrescue.org/tickets
